They came to us looking to develop a more refined design and highlight their premium offerings, expertise and human touch. Previously more of a digital bulletin board, they wanted to Transform the site into a storytelling platform.
Big insurers blanket the internet and airwaves. To win, we needed to be hyper-focused on a change moment: Parents with first time teen drivers.
Solution
We audited the marketplace and facilitated a customer journey mapping workshop to identify key personas and their pain points, built the brand strategy, designed the logo and brand personality. We then developed a cross-channel campaign targeting first-time teen drivers and their parents, leveraging an array of tactics like Satellite Media Tours, MAT Release, Influencer Campaign, a teen driver quiz and paid Google campaign.
The Results
Organic traffic to the site has grown 50x since the campaign launched.
